The search operation was temporarily halted due to fears of further collapse.
The search for two people already found is lengthening and three people are still missing.

This is because the Homeland Security Agency discovered that the cracks in the ceiling slab on the 24th floor had grown.
The families of the missing victims ran to the scene and protested strongly, saying that they would rescue them themselves.

In the end, the overnight search operation was stopped, and the search started again 14 hours after the stabilization work.
The task force, which was formed by about 50 citizens and social groups in the Gwangju area, strongly urged the withdrawal of Hyundai Industrial Development and the enactment of a special construction safety law.
It is argued that the cause of another collapse following the schoolchild disaster in June last year, in which 17 people were killed or injured, was the result of an immoral company pursuing only profits.

The whereabouts of the three missing persons have not been confirmed despite subsequent searches.
The search for the two buried people previously found on the 27th and 25th is also lengthening.
As you can see, it is because the location of the discovery is not easy to access. As one of the causes of the accident is that the speed of construction has been raised, it seems that the repair should be carried out in consideration of safety rather than time.
