Motorola has formalized its X30 Pro in China, which could borrow another name from us. In any case, the manufacturer has put the package as well on the photo as the fast charge.
Motorola wants to hit hard on the very high-end segment. And its worthy representative is none other than the Motorola X30 Pro, just made official in China, relays Android Authority. Here, there is no question of neglecting the slightest element: the American manufacturer wants to impress us with a solid technical sheet.
Among the highlights are the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. This chip is the latest from supplier Qualcomm and the most powerful in its range while waiting for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. We tested it on theAsus Zenfone 9for a more than convincing result.
Everything in the picture
Another remarkable component, and not the least: a 200 megapixel sensor (the Isocell HP1), supplied by Samsung. The Motorola X30 Pro is the first phone to be equipped with such camera equipment. It is notably capable of delivering 50 megapixel photos by practicing pixel binning 4-in-1 and 16-in-1.
Still in the photo section, our protagonist of the day plays the versatility card with an ultra wide-angle of 50 megapixels and an optical zoom of 12 megapixels. Oddly, Android Authority does not specify the zoom value. At the front, you will have to deal with a 60-megapixel sensor for selfies.
The Motorola X30 Pro continues its good momentum in terms of charging this time. A block of 125 W is indeed supplied with the phone. The brand from across the Atlantic advances crisp figures: 50% battery in seven minutes of charging and 100% in the space of 19 minutes. Xiaomi better watch out.
For the rest, Android Authority evokes a 6.7-inch screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Again, the X30 Pro stands out against most phones, confined to a very good frequency of 120 Hz.
For the moment, this flagship is confined to China at a price of 3699 yuan in its configuration 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The note climbs for the 12/512 GB version. Either respective prices, according to the current exchange rate and without counting the taxes inherent in France, of 530 and 645 euros.
This device should be decked out with another name for its international launch: the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is particularly the most probable. We will have to expect more prices approaching 900 or even 1000 euros here.
