210 thousand vehicles left the Metropolitan region this weekend in phase 3

An important exit of vehicles from the Metropolitan region was registered during the last three days, surpassing until this Sunday the 200 thousand who left the capital, zone that lived its first weekend being in the stage of Preparation of the plan “Step by Step”.

The freedom of movement granted by Phase 3 would have motivated the massive flow of vehicles to carry out interregional transfers, remembering that under these conditions, only the health passport delivered by the Virtual Police Station is required to travel, unlike the stages of greater confinement , when for this a special pass must be added.

The amount reported by Carabineros was 210 thousand vehicles, of which 188 thousand have already returned to their place of origin, Figures that are not so different from those registered last weekend, marked by the Friday holiday and the presidential primaries, and where almost 327 vehicles made trips, despite the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic is still underway.
