The South Cairo Court issued a ruling last August, obliging the son of a former consultant to pay 10 million pounds in interest to his uncle in an account lawsuit between them due to a contracting and construction company, and another dispute seven years ago over the inheritance between his uncle, mother and aunt, and based on that ruling, a decision was issued by The execution judge ordered the South Court to seize his property, and since the address recorded in the chancellor’s son’s card is the same as the address of an old rental apartment owned by his father, a mission to implement the rulings in the South Cairo Court moved to the property, where it was found that there was an apartment containing large quantities of antiques, paintings, jewelry and medals. and gold coins.
The mission suspected an antique medal found in the middle of a group of badges with the inscription: “Justice is the foundation of the king from Muhammad Ali Pasha.”
The execution judge who issued the decision notified the Assistant Minister of Justice for Judicial Inspection Affairs, Counselor Muhammad Shawqi, who presented the matter to Counselor Omar Marwan, Minister of Justice, and ordered that legal measures be taken, as a judicial committee of execution judges was formed and specialized committees were delegated to examine the found assets, while judges demanded Execution by reservation of a closed antiques shop owned by the advisor’s son’s mother.
The execution judges formed special committees from the Stamp Authority and the Ministries of Antiquities and Culture to examine the antiques and jewelry inside the Zamalek apartment, prepare a report on their value and inquire about their title deeds, which are still ongoing in the inventory and examination processes.
