As of today, Saturday, 44 documentation branches affiliated with the Real Estate Registration Authority in 20 governorates will start working during the evening period from 5 pm to 9 pm, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to continue opening and operating documentation branches and allowing them to work during the evening period to facilitate citizens. And meet the needs and conditions of all groups at the level of the Republic.
It is scheduled that the branches will operate with a pre-reservation system through the Egypt Digital Portal or an application that I want to make a power of attorney, but Counselor Omar Marawan, Minister of Justice, decided to allow transactions to be conducted without being restricted to prior reservation, while giving priority to the barrier with regard to branches affiliated with the Notary and Notarization Authority and mobile documentation vehicles.
The branches included 44 documentation branches distributed over 20 governorates, namely (Cairo – Giza – Port Said – Sharkia – Buhaira – Qalyubia – Alexandria – Dakahlia – New Valley – Minya – Beni Suef – Aswan – Assiut – Fayoum – Sohag – Red Sea – Luxor – Suez – Gharbia – Menoufia).
It includes notarization branches affiliated to notary offices, mobile documentation vehicles, and documentation branches at the headquarters of Etisalat and Orange.
