London: Cheteshwar Pujara’s second double century in county season. Pujara scored 203 off 334 balls for Sussex. Pujara’s double century helped Sussex reach 538.
Pujara found the back of the net against Derbyshire in the county season. Followed by a century against Worcestershire. Now a double century against Durham. Pujara hit 24 fours against Durham.

Pujara raised the stakes with his teammate Mohammad Rizwan of Pakistan in Sussex. The duo put on 154 for the sixth wicket at the crease. The team came together at the India-Pakistan Batterseas crease to the delight of the fans.
Pujara, along with Rahane, lost his place in the Indian team due to lack of form. But with a century and two double centuries in 5 innings, the chances of Pujara returning to the Indian Test team are slim. Pujara could also be in the squad when India fly to London for the postponed Test against England.
