For the event, the Poitevin artist once again took out the brushes to produce a unique work around nature and childhood, “true school style”. He tells us about it in an exclusive interview.

See the report.

Painter, engraver, draftsman…Fred Calmets is a multi-faceted artist. First mediator in his city of Poitiers, then graphic designer for a magazine, it was not until 2009 that he decided to dedicate all his time to painting, without ever forgetting the world of Street Art which he feels close.

A rich and inspiring journey that has enabled Cold Calm to make a name for themselves. For him, painting is a way to capture the ephemeral, the present moment and above all to pay homage to the power of life. Subjects that fascinate him more and more and often represented in his works.

Follower of subjects as varied as femininity, childhood, animals or even vegetation, he once again called on his imagination to propose a fresco centered on nature and childhood memories. No wonder when you know that the artist chose a wall from the school of La Laigne to show off his talent.
