6 tips to protect your car against rodents and weasels

This is a problem that mainly affects vehicles exposed to the open air. Although in some poorly insulated garages, especially in the countryside, small rodents little shy can also sneak in.   2. Electronic rodent repellents: There are ultrasonic repellents, which scare away pests by emitting sounds inaudible to humans. Battery-operated, they are generally found for around twenty euros.
  3. Clean your car regularly: If you are used to snacking in the passenger compartment of your car, watch out for crumbs. Leftover food can attract rodents looking for a meal!
  4. Avoid storing food next to your vehicle: If you have pet food for example in your garage, seeds or other edible items near the car, this can attract rodents.
  5. Place rodent traps near your car : Classic traps can also work very well. The ideal is to place it very close to your vehicle and even below.
  6. Let your cat roam near your car : If you have one or more cats, let them do it! Our pets are felines who like to hunt… Often just for glory!
