60% indefinite voter turnout in different continents

The voting process for Lebanese expatriates abroad ended with the closing of the last ballot box on the West Coast of the United States of America and Canada.

The general turnout was about 60 percent in different continents, which is not final, according to the National News Agency.

Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Abdullah Bu Habib, announced the turnout in the UAE, some European countries and Africa, as follows:

United Arab Emirates: There are 5,142 voters in Abu Dhabi, of whom 3,250 voted, meaning that the voter turnout is 63%. In Dubai, there were 19,944 voters, 10,424 of whom voted, or 52%.

Europe, which includes 70,000 voters, 19,000 of whom voted, or 27.3%. In France, 28,000 voters, or 16%, voted. In Turkey, which has a thousand voters, 506 of them voted. As for Germany, which has 16,000 voters, 4,100 of them voted, at 25%.

Africa 17,500 voters, 3,700 of whom voted, or 21%.
