The crime branch has completed a lightning inspection in three places in connection with actor Dileep. Equipment, including mobile phones, was seized during the seven-hour-long raid. The investigation was based on the revelation that Dileep was in possession of the footage of the attack on the actress. Director Balachandra Kumar says that Dilip has the footage of the attack on the actress. The main purpose of the raid was to find this out. Another allegation is that Dileep had an unlicensed firearm. This was also checked. The probe team first reached Balachandra Kumar’s house in Aluva, where he alleged that he had planned to endanger the probe team. The warrant was obtained from the trial court and the Aluva magistrate court. When it was too late to open the gate, the policemen jumped over the wall and started entering.
