Bananas are delicious fruits, not only are they delicious, but they also add many health benefits to you.

It also reduces the level of sugar in the blood and increases the body’s sensitivity to insulin, and if the cells of your body are not sensitive to insulin, they cannot absorb glucose, and the pancreas begins to produce it in greater quantities, and the accumulation of fat in the body depends on the amount of insulin present.

3- Reduced risk of anemia:

Anemia causes pallor, fatigue and shortness of breath, as it is a result of a low number of red blood cells and a low level of hemoglobin in the blood.

Bananas contain a lot of iron, which stimulates the production of red blood cells, and they are also rich in vitamin B6, which regulates blood sugar levels and helps people with anemia.

It is easy to digest and does not irritate the digestive system. The resistant starch in bananas is not digested and ends up in the large intestine, where it acts as an effective nutrient mediator for healthy bacteria.

Bananas can be eaten when a person has gastritis and heartburn, and it also restores lost minerals when a person suffers from diarrhea.

Vitamin C is also an important antioxidant that neutralizes harmful free radicals. It also helps maintain healthy blood vessels and collagen production.
