President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree today “On the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation.” It says that one of the reasons for dismissal from the service will be unfitness for health reasons. 3) Diseases of the blood, blood-forming organs and certain disorders involving the immune mechanism – category D is given to those in whom such diseases progress rapidly or lead to a significant impairment of body functions;

4) Diseases of the endocrine system, eating disorders and metabolic disorders – category D is received only by those whose diseases have led to a significant disruption of body functions;

5) Mental disorders – citizens with pronounced persistent mental and neurotic disorders are considered completely unfit;

6) Diseases of the nervous system – category D is given for epileptic seizures that occur 5 or more times a year, with inflammatory, demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, which led to a significant impairment of body functions, suffered a stroke with stage III dyscirculatory encephalopathy, and so on;

7) Diseases of the eye and its auxiliary organs – myopia or hyperopia of any eye in one of the meridians of more than 12.0 diopters, or astigmatism of any kind in any eye with a refraction difference in the two main meridians of more than 6.0 diopters, glaucoma or non-traumatic retinal detachment in both eyes will be given complete exemption from military service;

8) Consequences of injuries, poisonings and other influences of external factors – category D is given to people with the presence of a foreign body in the cranial cavity, with a defect in the skull bones of more than 40 square meters. cm, replaced by plastic material, or more than 10 sq. see, not replaced by plastic material, fractures of various bones (including limbs), injuries of the skin and internal organs, which led to serious dysfunction.
