A contained World AIDS Day

If there is no gathering planned for World AIDS Day, Tuesday, December 1, due to health restrictions, initiatives are being carried out by traders and LGBT + associations from Saint-Etienne, by drag collectives and the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence online.

The health restrictions due to the Covid-19 epidemic seem to have got the better of the traditional gatherings of December 1, World Day against HIV-AIDS. Nevertheless, various initiatives are emerging, led by traders and LGBT + associations from Saint-Etienne, by the Lyon convents of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and by collectives of dragging.

From December 1 to 5, the Petit Helder, the Before Bar and the ODK, three LGBT + and LGBT friendly establishments in Saint-Etienne, are offering take-away meals. One euro will be donated to Sidaction for each dish purchased. Note that on Tuesday 1 December, ENIPSE is organizing at Before HIV tests by appointment from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Online Bingo Drag

For 5 years, the Parisian drags Enza Fragola, Minima Gesté and Emily Tante have been organizing, on the occasion of December 1, the Sidragtion, a bingo that raises funds for the Sidaction. The 2020 edition will take place online and should see the participation of Lyonnais drags collectives.
