Images showing a bus driver on the phone while driving are controversial in Flanders. A dashcam captured the moment bus driver De Lijn is busy on the phone as he maneuvers a bus full of passengers.
According to information from HLN, the incident dates back to July 20, around 7:30 p.m. The driver was seen on the phone at the wheel, squarely cutting through part of a bend in his path, as the bus was packed.
