This is one of the major challenges facing the restaurant industry today: pushing unvaccinated customers to go to a restaurant or a café. A boss of an establishment in the Friborg municipality of Lossy-Formangueires has decided to take charge of part, or even all, of their Covid test.

According to “Radio Friborg”, the boss has entered into a partnership with a laboratory. Since last weekend, customers have made reservations within their establishment and then go to this laboratory, where they are tested. The restaurateur receives the test result by secure email. Once at the restaurant, the customer pays for his test 15 francs, if his score is less than 50 francs per guest. If this amount is exceeded, the keeper pays 100% of the test.
