A first for “Les 12 coups de midi”: the show was almost canceled. Here is what happened

Last minute change in Les 12 coups de midi by Jean-Luc Reichmann this Tuesday noon on TF1. Indeed, following the absence of one of the candidates of the day (“following a health problem” we hear said by the famous voice-over of the show, Zette) on the set, the host had to shoot at takes out a spectator present in the public to come and take part in the game, thus replacing the missing candidate who was to face Stéphane and the other participants on Tuesday, November 29. “It’s the first time it’s happened, it’s a crazy thing”, explains Jean-Luc Reichmann, before announcing to… Lucie that she was going to take part behind a desk. “We needed a candidate, this is the first time we have had a health problem. It’s part of life, we are very very happy”, thus declared the host of the midday game, before the young woman – originally from Boulogne-sur-Mer – presented herself, moved and surprised to find herself in this position, to say the least unique. The game was then launched, as usual, after a combing, makeup and a quick microphone fitting, the 19-year-old girl agreed to play the game. As for Jean-Luc Reichmann, he shared the sequence on social networks, where he even specified that “The show was almost cancelled!”
