It was 1:25 a.m. this Sunday morning when a man broke into a bakery located in Lontzen, rue Mitoyenne. The thug broke into the business by prying the front door with a crowbar.
At 1:28 a.m., just three minutes after entering the bakery, the burglar left the premises, having forced the two automatic coin mechanisms available to the bakery.
“The ticket cassettes have been removed”, indicates the Vesdre Gueule police zone. The police specify that the loot added to the damage caused is of the order of a four-figure amount, that is to say more than 1,000 €.
The thug fled in an unknown direction and has not yet been identified.
