According to her, tea is not attributed to drinks that significantly affect health, but rather to those that have a specific positive effect, pointing out that tea contains biologically active substances such as catechins, antioxidants, volatile oils, amino acids, vitamins B1, B2, P, PP, iron, and magnesium. , calcium and caffeine.

Also, she explained that consuming 3 cups of green tea per day leads to a lower risk of prostate cancer, endometrial cancer, cardiovascular disease, as well as severe cases of stroke and myocardial infarction.

And she added that black tea has a positive effect on health as well, as it reduces the risk of cognitive impairment and osteoporosis in the elderly. As for herbal tea, it should be drunk with caution, because some of it negatively affects the body.

It is mentioned that all the positive effects of tea are usually formed when it is without sugar, sweeteners or cream. And according to Alexandrova, adding sweeteners can cause problems with your metabolism.
