A little stability in Sept-Rivières, but concern in Manicouagan

There are no new cases of COVID-19 in Port-Cartier, Sept-Îles or Uashat mak Maliotenam today. With a new cure, the North Shore has 11 active cases at present, including nine in the MRC of Manicouagan.

The CISSS Côte-Nord is publishing a notice to people who have visited the Riviera Pub & Grill in Chute-aux-Outardes on the evening of November 14.

A person with a positive diagnosis for COVID-19 attended the facility that evening. According to the public health survey, the risk of contamination is considered low, but a screening test is required.

The President and CEO of the CISSS Côte-Nord does not propose more coercive road checks between the MRCs of the Côte-Nord. He recommends limiting travel to the orange and red regions and believes that the preventive police checkpoint in Tadoussac is sufficient for now.
