A Microsoft employee unintentionally revealed a new feature in the Notepad application on the Windows 11 operating system, which is the ability to open more than one note within the application with the Tabs system in the manner of Internet browsers.
And the “Windows Central” website said that the company’s product manager announced the upcoming feature via “Twitter”, and explained the full details of the feature, minutes before deleting the tweet, especially since the company did not announce the date of its arrival to users.
The new feature allows the user to open more than one file with the .txt extension in the same window, in the manner of web browsers, so that all files appear arranged in the form of a bar of tabs at the top of the application. (Bloomberg East)
