An important system of police was deployed, line 1 of the tramway was shut down and the Saint-Roch district was cordoned off this Sunday morning to the east of
Nice after explosions. It is a dispute between neighbors, apparently long-term, which has once again exploded. One of the two protagonists injuring the other in the thigh with
a pellet rifle shot.
It was at number 32, Boulevard Saint-Roch, that spirits were heated in the early morning. “These are two neighbors in very regular conflict,” said a police source to 20 Minutes. The tone rose a little louder than usual between the two inhabitants. Shots were exchanged and pellets were therefore fired.
Hit in the thigh, a 67-year-old man was rushed to the Pasteur University Hospital. The other, wounded in the face by a punch, was taken into custody.
