Two vehicles, a 307 SW registered in the Somme and a sedan whose brand is not identifiable, collided in a violent face-to-face this Sunday, early evening, writes The voice of the North.
Four people have lost their lives and two children are currently in a state of absolute emergency. They are two boys aged 6 and 8. They were transported in two separate helicopters to the university hospital center in Amiens. The couple who were on board with them were dead when help arrived.
In front, two people were in the other car. They were also dead when help arrived.
The identities of the victims were not, this Sunday evening, confirmed by the authorities.
A major emergency system was deployed on site: firefighters from the barracks of Étaples, Hesdin, Crécy-en-Ponthieu and Abbeville were mobilized. Four SMUR teams, from CHAM and Abbeville, were also on the scene.
