Return of the rain
Another low pressure system is on its way to Quebec on Sunday. In the south of the province, particularly in Montreal, the rain could start around mid-afternoon. Quantities could reach 50 mm in places by Sunday evening. Sectors north of the river will be the most affected.
Risk of thunderstorms
Several regions of Quebec could see action as a risk of thunderstorms is forecast for Saturday evening and Sunday.
For Saturday, the risks of seeing thunderstorms are for the northwestern sectors, going towards the Saguenay.
For Sunday, the sectors concerned will be Outaouais, Pontiac, Abitibi, Montreal and Trois-Rivières.
Although the likelihood of cells forming remains low, heavy rain and small hail could fall.
Outaouais and Saguenay could receive good amounts of rain on Sunday.
