For players who have been waiting for the macOS version of No Man’s Sky, the ordeal may be over. Announced almost a year ago during WWDC 2022, the Hello Games game could well be released in the coming days, at least if we are willing to give credit to the recent tweets of the editor of its founder, Sean Murray!
It is understood, the messages are cryptic to say the least, but after 11 months and 23 days without too much news, we take any good news. Come on, let’s be crazy: could No Man’s Sky be one of the first games compatible with Apple’s mixed reality headset? After all, there is already a VR version for Windows, so why not. That said, we would already gladly take the game on Mac…
Last year, No Man’s Sky was one of the examples of games highlighted by Apple for its use of the Metal 3 API, along with Resident Evil Village. Capcom’s title has been available from us since last October (there are exist also a VR version for the PSVR 2, I say that I say nothing).
