Today, Tuesday, the Mansoura Second Division Misdemeanor Court in Dakahlia Governorate sentenced two defendants in the case of the dentist accused of killing his wife, doctor Yasmine Hassan, to one year in prison, and those involved in concealing the features of the crime and the tools used in the incident and covering up and concealing the accused.
The court decided to imprison the accused, “Wissam A.M.”, the aunt of Dr. “Mahmoud M.A.”, for one year, after accusing her of having, after committing the crime, intervened to remove and hide the traces of the crime, wiped the blood of the victim, and hid the tool used in committing the crime.
The judgment was also issued against Dr. Muhammad A.M. A resident of Damietta Governorate, a friend of the accused husband, was imprisoned for one year, after being accused of helping the accused husband escape after committing his crime and covering it up.
The Public Prosecution charged the accused with helping the accused conceal his crime and escape. The case was discussed in sessions before the Mansoura Second Division Misdemeanour Court. At the January 11 session, the case was reserved for today’s session to pronounce the verdict, and the ruling was issued to punish them with imprisonment for a year. ?
