The national government established that the absence of workers who are absent from their working hours on the day they are assigned the shift for the application of the coronavirus vaccine will be justified.
Resolution 92/2021 published in the Official Gazette establishes that “the absence of the worker during the working day that coincides with the day of application of the vaccine intended to generate acquired immunity against Covid-19 will be justified.”
The measure clarifies that this will be fulfilled “without causing the loss or reduction of wages, salaries or awards for this concept.”
In the same way, it is indicated that “the proof of the application of the vaccine, with the prior authorization of the employer, will constitute sufficient justification, both for the vaccinated person and for those responsible for their dependents.”
The decision bears the signature of the Minister of Labor, Claudio Moroni.
