Vienna – Holiday care poses major challenges for a third of families, shows a Sora study for the Chamber of Labor. Parents without family networks or with little money in particular are struggling to bridge the summer holidays. Overall, 60 percent of respondents rely on care from relatives or friends during this time, a third on holiday camps, and an eighth on kindergarten or following-school care. Three percent of children are uncared for at least some of the time.
