Action-platformer Neon White’s first scores are 88 out of 100 on Metacritic – DTF Games

Publisher Annapurna Interactive called the game “a frenzied mix of Quake, Persona and Mirror’s Edge”.

On June 15, a number of foreign publications published reviews of Neon White, a dynamic first-person action platform game developed by Angel Matrix. On OpenCritic game received 88 points out of 100 based on 16 reviews. Neon White was recommended by all reviewers.

At the time of writing, the game’s average Metacritic score is also amounted to 88 points out of 100 based on 11 reviews.

Eurogamer reviewer called Neon White one of the most unusual and amazing games in the last few years. According to him, the action from the very first minutes sets the highest pace of gameplay and does not reduce it throughout the game. Parallel to this, Neon White tells the fascinating story of an assassin sent to Heaven to exterminate demons and fight for a place in Paradise.

The Verge called the game a whirlwind mix of Quake, Persona and Mirror’s Edge. The author of the publication emphasized that Neon White surprisingly successfully combines various genres, and really leaves fresh impressions.

Neon White will release on June 16 on PC and Nintendo Switch.
