After his picture sparked controversy in front of the Kaaba, the artist “Ahmed Saad” breaks his silence and reveals a surprise about the reason for tattooing his arm

Al-Marsad newspaper: The Egyptian artist, Ahmed Saad, revealed the reason for the tattoo on his arm, after the recent criticism of him following his appearance in front of the Kaaba while performing the rituals of Umrah.

Ahmed Saad had published a video during the performance of the rituals of Umrah, where he appeared while he was wearing the Ihram clothes and in the background his voice repeating a prayer, then “Tattoo” appears on his arm, before commenting on the video he posted on “Instagram”, saying: “Amen, oh Lord of the Worlds”.

After the video was published, Ahmed Saad received a number of criticisms regarding the presence of a tattoo on his right arm, before responding in statements to “ET in Arabic” to those comments.

Saad said: “Some people interfere in several subsidiary matters and leave the content. I had a wound and stitches in my hand as a result of an accident, and the audience was talking about these wounds, so I drew a figure to hide them because they hurt me personally.”

He added, “I used to hold a rosary in my hand, and this is normal all the time, and I am performing the Umrah swimming, and God looks at what is in our hearts and not our forms.”
