Al-Marsad newspaper: The Health Holding Company revealed the fate of the Ministry of Health workers after the approval of its establishment was issued.
The company said that the current employees of the Ministry of Health will not be dispensed with, and they will be transferred to the Health Holding Company or any of its subsidiaries.
The company indicated that the current employees are among the most important components and tributaries of the health transformation project, and they are the main resource for bringing about the institutional change necessary for the success of the health transformation.
She stressed that there will be no obligation for civil servants to move to a new employment system, whether it is a self-employment system or others, and the current employees will be rehabilitated and trained in order to keep pace with the development in the health field.
