The world has become flat: Lada has replaced its logo. And if the whole world is developing 3D technologies, then the automaker has switched to two-dimensional mode. The new logo has already been used in promotional materials and a promotional video. The updated emblem has already appeared on the official website of AvtoVAZ since September 15.
The advantage of the change is that the new Lad’s rook can be effectively placed on any contrasting background, regardless of its color. New logo shape at AvtoVAZ described as simpler with clean flowing lines.
The former Lada badge was voluminous. It has been in use since 2015, when the fundamentally new Lada Vesta and Lada Xray models were launched. Vesta is now preparing for an update and Xray will be replaced by 2025 new model.
To be fair, it should be noted that the new logo will be used only in advertising materials: the logos on cars and facades of dealerships will remain the same.
The tendency to flatten their logos was previously picked up by Volkswagen, BMW, Opel, THAT, blinded letters together, Peugeot, replaced a whole lion with his face, Nissan, Citroen, Dacia and Renault, which announced the renaissance.
