Assuralia, the professional union of insurance companies, and trade unions signed on Monday a social agreement covering 2021 and 2022 and including the granting of a corona premium of 450 euros net for the 27,000 workers in the sector, announced Assuralia by press release.
The agreement also contains a set of provisions relating to the implementation of teleworking for which there is a call for further consultation. Three agreements relating to the reconciliation between professional and private life, parental leave, time credits and early retirement have also been signed.
The social agreement between the social partners contains a social peace clause and the commitment that there will be no book of union demands in companies on the points settled by the agreement.
