The new director of the Italian subsidiary of Julius Baer will take over from Fabrizio Rinzi in January.
Julius Baer’s transalpine branch, Kairos, changes helmsman. Alberto Castelli will take the helm on 1 January and will succeed Fabrizio Rinzi, whose departure for SGR had already been announced. Mr. Castelli will seize the passage of a minority share in Kairos, said a statement released Wednesday.
The Zurich asset manager began in October to reduce its exposure to its Italian subsidiary, granting a minority stake to a handful of managers while retaining 70%.
