Alzheimer’s | The death toll from a wildfire in the North African country of Algeria has risen to 38. Twenty-five of the dead were soldiers. Thousands were evacuated. The Algerian government says the wildfires are man-made.
It is the largest fire the country has faced in 30 years. The fire started last week. Efforts are being made to put out the fire by the fire brigade, the Civil Defense Authority and volunteers. The fire broke out in 19 places in 14 provinces of the country.
