The project “Explaining.rf” said that the military personnel participating in the SVO will receive at least 195 thousand rubles a month. The final amount depends on the military rank, military position held and additional incentive bonuses.
– The decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation” assigns the status of mobilized military personnel serving in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under a contract. Accordingly, they are entitled to the same benefits.
In addition, military personnel called up for mobilization will have the benefits provided for by law for military personnel under a contract: free travel, food and clothing, housing, compulsory state personal insurance, priority right to enroll after dismissal in educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education , as well as additional social guarantees for military personnel participating in the SVO.
Also, the participants of the NWO receive the status of “Veteran of Combat Operations”, which provides for additional benefits.
Utilities:
- 50% compensation for rent and maintenance of the dwelling. This applies to residential building management services, maintenance and repair of common property in an apartment building, as well as capital repairs contribution.
Tax:
- exemption from property tax: apartment, house, garage. The benefit is provided for one object of each type, for example, one apartment, one house and one garage at the same time;
- exemption from paying land tax on six acres. It is charged only from the excess of this area;
- Transport tax relief varies by region.
Medical:
- after retirement, veterans can be served in the same clinics and hospitals to which they were attached during the period of service;
- provision of medical care within the framework of the program of state guarantees out of turn.
Labor:
- the opportunity to take annual leave at a convenient time for them. The right to leave without pay for up to 35 days;
- additional paid leave of 15 calendar days in addition to the main one;
- the opportunity to receive additional professional education;
- monthly payments and additional payments to the pension;
- monthly cash payment, more than 3,000 rubles as of September 2022;
- pension for long service, disability or loss of the breadwinner is increased by 32% of the amount of the social pension.
By decision of the heads of subjects, additional incentive payments are also introduced.
