Thief Lambda has left several of his treasures on the Hyrule map and opening them all will quickly become a priority if you plan, for example, to improve your attack or your climbing speed in Zelda TotK. Here’s where to find the quests and how to complete all of its missions.

Among all the outfits available in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, some can be found easily thanks to the clues left by Lambda.

What are Lambda’s Treasures?

Lambda was a thief famous Hyrule who left his treasures everywhere in the different regions that you can visit. Each time, you may come across a chest completely by chance, but by talking to all the characters you come across, some of them will tell you precisely the map locations. They are still in caves, placed on altars. Sometimes you have to solve quite complex puzzles or have the right outfit to be able to continue.

And if you really want to go through the NPCs giving the cards, look for the ones with a bubble above the quest saying “lambda’s treasure…”. You should encounter one fairly early in the game, in the Central Hyrule area: a woman with a mushroom hat who rides alongside a horse-drawn carriage. She’ll tell you about Lambda’s first three treasures: a piece of Escalation, Barbarian, and Insulator gear.

Barbarian Outfit

Effect : This armor will be very useful to you from the beginning of the adventure for your fights since it greatly improves the power of your attacks.
Where can I find the barbaric vest? In the cave next to Len Ize Shrine (Hyrule Center)
Where can I find the barbaric panties? In the cave in front of the Ziqa Isen Sanctuary (Lanelle)
Where to find the barbarian helmet? In a cave south of Kakariko Village
Upgrade Materials : blade flowers, Lynel horns, blade shroom

Insulating outfit

Effect : This armor will allow you to resist electric attacks.
Where can I find the insulating suit? In the cave next to Ten Ziten Shrine (Hyrule Center)
Where to find the insulating helmet? In the cave not far from the Utu Xoqi sanctuary (Firone)
Where can I find insulated pants? In the cave of Bay of Horon (Necluda)
Upgrade Materials : yellow chuchu jellies, volt fruits, electric Lézaflos horns, topazes

Climbing outfit

Effect : This armor will allow you to climb cliffs more easily while losing less stamina.
Where to find climbing shoes? In the cave under the Zoran Plateau Tower (Lanelle)
Where to find the climbing bandana? Under a waterfall at Domaine Zora (Lanelle)
Where to find the climbing gloves? In the cave next to Hyrule Field Relay (Hyrule Center)
Upgrade Materials : clawed wings, tempo mushroom, rubies, tempo lizards

dream outfit

Effect : Only allows to look like Link from the game Link’s Awakening
Note : This treasure can be found via a mission from Lambda directly. You will have to solve puzzles.
Where to find the tunic of the dream? In a cache in the Ancient Colonnades, to the left of the Tower of Mount Labulat (Tabanta)
Where to find the shoes of the dream? In the ruins of the amphitheater below Hyrule Field Tower (Hyrule Center)
Where to find the mask of the dream? At the Plateau du Tonnerre, below the Tower of Mount Labulat (Tabanta)
Upgrade Materials : nox gems and star fragments

Tingle Outfit

Effect : Only lets look like the famous Tingle from the Zelda games.
Note : This treasure can be found via a mission from Lambda directly. You will have to solve puzzles.
Where can I find Tingle’s combination? In a cache in the Geminian Mountains, to the right of the Tour des Peuliers (Necluda)
Where to find Tingle’s hood? In Gerudo Lands, inside the Eighth Heroine Statue (Gerudo Heights)
Where can I find Tingle’s shoes? In the Cap Tubor cave, starting from the Tour de Rabelle (Necluda)

Demon God Outfit

Effect : Only allows to look like Link from Majora’s Mask
Note : this treasure can be found via a Lambda mission directly “Go to Lambda’s Treasure” by going to get the Blaze Outfit. You will have to solve puzzles.
Where to find the Demon God armor? At the top of the Fortress of Akkala, via the Sanctuary of Domi Zuïno (Akkala)
Where to find the Demon God mask? In Skull Pond, above Death Mountain (Ordinn)
Where to find the Demon God boots? In the Worm Millenary Tree in South West Hyrule Fields (Central Hyrule)
Upgrade Materials : Hinox Nails, Ordrac Scale, Ruby

Outfit of the brazier

Effect : Allows you to boost the attack if it is carried in places with high temperatures
Note : this treasure can be found via a Lambda mission directly “Go to Lambda’s treasure”.
Where to find the brazier pants? In the cave of Lake Ofroyd (Ordinn)
Where to find the mantle of the blaze? In the gorbi tunnel (Ordinn)
Where to find the cap of the brazier? In the cave of Yun & Co. (Goron Village)
Upgrade Materials : fire fruits, fire lizalfos horns, pepper butterflies, pepper dragonflies etc.

Specter Outfit

Effect : Allows you to look like the Specter from Spirit Tracks but above all to grant a considerable defense bonus.
