In the food processor, add about 8 to 10 leaves of mint to a cup of water.
Bring it to a boil, then leave it for five minutes and peel and grate 1 medium-sized grain of cucumber, then add one lemon juice and sprinkle it from mint to the food processor, then add about 1 and a half liters of water to the cucumber juice, lemon and mint. Mix it well. You can also add a teaspoon of grated ginger (ginger fights inflammation) if you like.
Drink at least three times a day or throughout the day.
