Apple will join to the celebration of International Women’s Day to be held on March 8, as well as the womens month in history celebrated in several English-speaking countries in March. The company will take several initiatives to “Celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of all women that accelerate the debate on gender equality. “
In the App Store, Apple will post interviews with app makers and showcase apps and games designed by women. Apple Music radio and Apple Music TV will be all about female musicians on March 8. Women will also be featured on Apple’s other services, including Podcasts, Maps, News and Fitness + with special content and selections. On March 8, a new Activity challenge will also be offered on the Apple Watch.
