Kochi: Actress Ashwati Babu and her friend Naufal, who were taken into custody by the police in Thiruvananthapuram Thumpa Araattu Road, Pudwal, where they were staying, were seized with ganja.

With this, the vehicle again tried to move forward at excessive speed. But the attempt failed as the tire of the car burst. He tried to escape by abandoning the vehicle but this did not happen. After being informed by the locals, Thrikakkara police reached the spot and took both of them into custody. In this incident, the police registered a case of drunken driving only.
