Artist Rezky Aditya reported to Polda Metro Jaya. Rezky Aditya reported sure video tail so-called similar to him scattered on the internet.
The report is registered with Number LP/B/215/I/2023/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA. RA was reported in connection with Article 27 Paragraph (1) Jo Article 45 Paragraph (1) RI Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and/or Article 4 Jo Article 29 RI Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
“Rezky Aditya is an artist and public figure what we report is related to the circulation of exciting videos which should be suspected to be similar or identical to his face. As a citizen, I care about eradicating pornography and action porn circulating in public spaces, especially on social media,” said the reporter on behalf of Julliana at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (12/1/2023).
Julliana said the reporting was done because of the circulation of similar pornographic videos Rezky This Aditya has the potential to harm the younger generation in the future.
“This has a very negative impact, is very detrimental to society, especially the younger generation and adolescents. We know that young people and adolescents are active cellphone Internet. So if there is an exciting pornographic video scene, this is very detrimental to their morale,” he said.
Julliana emphasized that the report was made to find out who was responsible for spreading the video. Moreover, he continued, since the video was spread RA itself has not provided clarification.
“In fact reporting to the police wants to know who actually produced it, who disseminated it, who is most responsible for inappropriate immoral videos. Since December 2022 it was spread, many people already know,” he said.
“But why did Rezky Aditya come to this point, first, if he really didn’t have any intention, why not feel aggrieved and report it, but so far he hasn’t reported it. If that’s not him, why didn’t he provide clarification or self-defense at all,” he added.
This report was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan. Zulpan said the report started with the victim who found it link pornographic videos allegedly reported spread on the internet.
“The video contains immoral and pornographic content which is suspected to have been played by the reported party. Due to this incident the victim felt aggrieved. Then the reporter came to SPKT Polda Metro Jaya,” Zulpan said in his statement.
The editors have attempted to contact Rezky Aditya regarding Julianna’s report, but until this news was published there had been no response.
