According to police, he has admitted to the allegations.

The company received a decision to start bankruptcy proceedings from the Tokushima District Court at the end of January, about half a year later, and the police are investigating the actual state of management and the use of funds.

The Asa Kaigan Railway, which connects Kaiyo Town in Tokushima Prefecture and Toyo Town in Kochi Prefecture, is a third sector company funded by local governments along the railway line, and the president is Shigeki Miura, the mayor of Kaiyo Town.
