We are in Waterloo, more exactly a stone’s throw from the train station, right next to the Royal Athenaeum. I spent a simply exquisite evening there on Friday evening. The woman of my life and I were at the Mandaloun. For the record, in Lebanese culture, the mandaloun is a room in the house where you only receive your most intimate friends, without pomp and in all simplicity. And in this case, it’s a top-notch Lebanese restaurant, where it’s always more than pleasant to spend a moment of indulgence.
