Sports hall users will be able to get back on their machines from November 19. In a press release sent this Wednesday evening, the Council of State announces a relaxation of the measures against the Covid. From Thursday, indoor individual sports are allowed again, provided there is sufficient space.

The latter will only allow a few users at a time to attend the fitness facilities. For sports that involve movement and intense physical expenditure, the individual space must indeed be equivalent to 15 m2, “permanently”. This limit is lowered to 4 m2 when the practice is static and does not elicit significant effort, such as yoga or pilates classes. This relaxation allows sports coaches and sports teachers to resume their activities.
