The famous British street artist Banksy broke his silence this Saturday to claim through social networks the drawing of a girl playing hula hoop with a bicycle tire that appeared a few days ago on the wall of a hairdresser located in Nottingham.

In front of black and white template, a worn-out bicycle without one of its tires was attached to a post. According to the manager of the hairdresser, Surinder Kaur, 42, the vehicle was not there before the appearance of the work.

“Everyone is very excited and many people come to see the drawing,” he told the Press Association. “Unfortunately, I do not own this property, I am just renting it.”

Banksy’s works are highly valued and the mere presence of one of his paintings can revalue the property. After learning that the work belongs to the street artist, visits to the place have multiplied.
