The Secretary General of the Indonesian Society of Hypertension (InaSH), doctor Eka Harmeiwaty, recommended limiting the intake of foods containing salt. Check food packaging labels, especially for people who enjoy eating fast food, which is generally high in salt content.

Taking care of the child’s diet also helps prevent hypertension as early as possible. Eka emphasized to parents to always monitor children’s food intake.
