For Giovanni, 22, the experience is bitter. Especially since he says he never had a problem with this cracked card. “It’s not like she was broken in two. It’s been like this for three years, I’ve never had a problem. I went abroad several times”.
Despite the disappointment and an attempt at an arrangement, he never got off the ground. And unfortunately for him, TUI indicates in its conditions that a cracked card may be grounds for exclusion. The SPF also confirms to our colleagues that the company has the right to refuse a traveler to board for this reason.
