Belgium is updating its testing strategy again: here is what is changing on 23 November

While the government decided in October to limit the number of tests carried out in order to alleviate the testing centers which were overwhelmed, the authorities today reversed this decision at an interministerial conference.

Currently, Belgians who have been in contact with a person who tested positive for Covid-19, but who show no symptoms, must quarantine themselves but must not be tested.

They will be able to be tested again from November 23, as the Sciensano experts had already mentioned during the press conference on Monday, November 9.
