A Bengal eagle owl has been seen repeatedly in Stembert lately. The animal does not appear to be wild but rather in semi-freedom, owned by someone in the area who lets it fly freely from time to time. The problem is that not being afraid of humans, the beast is sometimes aggressive, even attacking the dogs of walkers who roam the street.
