Bill Cosby Accused Again: Former Playboy Model Shares Allegations of Sexual Assault in 1969

Bill Cosby was charged Thursday with sexually assaulting a former Playboy model in a new trial. Victoria Valentino filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Thursday, claiming the star of The Cosby Show had drugged and sexually assaulted her and another woman at his home in 1969.

According to multiple media sources, the documents allege that Cosby “had forced sex” with Valentino while she was impaired by drugs.

According to the documents, Valentino recalled meeting Cosby at a Los Angeles cafe when she was distraught over her son’s death, before the comedian offered to pay for a spa treatment for herself and a friend. After the treatment, Cosby allegedly sent a chauffeured car to dinner at a steakhouse, where he offered them an unspecified drug.

“Here take this, Cosby would have whispered to the model at the time. It’ll make you feel better. It will make ALL of us feel better.

Cosby then allegedly drove Valentino and his friend home, where Valentino passed out on the couch. The model reportedly woke up to find Cosby sexually assaulting her friend, before assaulting her.

Cosby’s spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, claimed in a statement that Valentino’s lawsuit lacked “evidence or facts” and that California’s new law suspending the statute of limitations on civil sexual abuse claims violates the constitutional rights of “those who are accused of a crime”.

Six other accusers filed a joint lawsuit against Cosby last year in New York, under a similar provision known as the ‘lookback’ law, which allowed adults to file sexual abuse complaints for allegations that were not prescribed.

Cosby, 85, has been accused of rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment by at least 60 women over the years. He was released from prison in June 2021 after his 2018 sexual assault conviction in Pennsylvania was overturned.
