Bob Dylan, rock music legend and Nobel Prize winner for Literature, has sold the rights to its entire musical catalog, which spans more than 60 years, to Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), the company announced Monday.

“Representing the work of one of the composers of all time, whose cultural importance cannot be underestimated, is both a privilege and a responsibility“, indicated Jody Gerson, president of UMPG, without giving details about the agreement with the musician.

Dylan, 79, is the author of classic compositions from contemporary music history such as’ Blowin ‘In The Wind’, ‘The Times They Are a-Changin’, and ‘Like A Rolling Stone’, among others.
